Classification
Steel wire according to the delivery status is divided into cold drawing, annealing two categories. The delivery status of the wire shall be indicated in the contract. When not indicated, according to the cold drawn state delivery.
Shape
1.wire size, shape should be consistent with GB 3205-82 "cold drawn hexagonal wire size, shape, weight and allowable deviation" requirement.
2.wire size allowable deviation should be consistent with GB 3205-82 h11 level requirements. When a more accurate wire is required, it should be noted in the order contract.
